Furniture arrives when the manufacturer delivers it, not always when the site is ready. In between there is a gap that someone has to manage. We do, with our warehouse in Arluno and our own delivery and assembly team.
Two calendars that do not match
Production has its own timing, and so does the site. The goods may be ready while the floors still have to be finished or the walls painted. Delivering to an open site means exposing them to dust, knocks and repeated handling; having them wait somewhere else means one more step to organise.
What the warehouse does
- It receives the goods from the brands, as they are produced.
- It inspects every arrival: any problem comes to light here, not on delivery day.
- It stores the furniture until the site is ready.
- It delivers on the day you choose, with your client and the contractor.
Delivery and assembly by our in-house team
Then we deliver and assemble the furniture with our in-house team: the same people who know the project install and check every piece. Floors and passageways are protected, packaging is taken away, and we deliver to the floor even in difficult settings: narrow stairs, historic centres, limited-traffic zones.
For kitchens we coordinate with the plumber and the electrician when the systems need adapting. At the end everything is checked together, and if an adjustment is needed months later, we come back. The details are on the Delivery and assembly page.
How to read the schedule
The chart above is an example, not a commitment on timing. Grey is what depends on the brand: order and production. Sand is the site works, managed by the contractor and the practice. Blue is the part we look after: arrival and inspection, storage, delivery, assembly and final check.
What changes for the practice
One less step to coordinate. You decide the delivery date; we only need to know it in good time, because every job goes into a planned logistics calendar. We work in Milan and the surrounding area, throughout Italy and, on request, abroad.
The full picture of our services for practices is on the page for architects and professionals. If you want to show the furniture to your client before ordering, there is the Temporary Studio.
