The six steps of our method, from the first site visit to the last adjustment.

Furnishing or renovating a home means making many decisions, often without seeing the result until it is too late to change them. And in the weeks when you don't hear from anyone, the doubt creeps in: where are we? Our method is there to remove that doubt. Six steps, and each one leaves you with something concrete in hand.

1. The survey

We start from the real home, not from a twenty-year-old floor plan. On site we measure rooms, heights, openings, beams, niches and the position of the systems. When the site calls for it, for example in complex spaces or period homes with out-of-square walls, we also use a LiDAR scanner, which returns the room in 3D with its measurements. If there is an architect, the survey and the design are theirs: we start from their drawings.

2. The 3D model

From the survey we build the model of the home, with the real furniture of the brands we represent, in the chosen sizes and finishes. This is where we check that the sideboard fits, that the door of a cabinet opens without hitting the door handle, that the passage stays comfortable. And this is where furniture and systems are drawn together: where power arrives, where the light goes, where the technical room sits. If you are about to renovate, the decisions to make while the walls are open are in our list of 10 things to plan.

3. Renders and virtual reality, in our Milan showroom

The model becomes photorealistic renders: materials, daylight, proportions. Then, in our Milan San Babila showroom, you put on the headset and walk through your home before it exists. You judge the height of a wall unit, the depth of a sofa, the afternoon light on the table. Correcting a render costs little; correcting a piece already installed costs much more. We told how designing has changed in renders and AI: how it was ten years ago.

You can see how it works on real homes in our projects, told from floor plan to render and headset: for example the apartment with an island kitchen and the complete renovation, walls and systems included.

The quote is not an attachment to dig out of your emails: we send you a private link to a page with every item. You open it on your phone, reread it whenever you like, forward it to whoever decides with you. Each item matches what you saw in the model and the renders, and when you are ready you confirm with a pre-written WhatsApp message.

5. Our Arluno warehouse, with the schedule

After the order, each brand has its own production times and the site has its own. We put them into a schedule: what arrives when, when the home is ready, when we deliver. The goods arrive at our warehouse in Arluno: we inspect them on arrival, so any problem shows up there and not on delivery day, and we store them until the home is ready. The mechanism is explained in furniture and site works in sync.

6. Assembly, by our own team

Delivery to the floor, floors and passages protected, packaging taken away. The pieces are installed by our own team, who know the products we sell; for kitchens we coordinate with the plumber and electrician when the systems need adapting. At the end we check everything together, and if an adjustment is needed months later, we come back. Details are on the delivery and assembly page.

Why a digital method takes the anxiety away

Each step leaves something in your hands: the survey, the model, the renders, the quote, the schedule. You don't have to trust blindly or remember what was said on the phone: it is written, drawn and can be looked at again. So even on the days when we don't speak, you know where the project stands and what happens next.

First we show it to you. Then we build it.

And throughout, you have a single point of contact: furniture design, supply from the brands, bespoke pieces with our joinery, coordination of installers and smart home integrators, delivery and assembly. If the design is an architect's, it stays theirs: we supply, build and coordinate.

If you are a professional

For architects and interior designers the method is the same, with a few more tools: see 3D survey, shared project space and renders for practices and the page for architects and professionals.

We show projects up to the render: finished homes belong to the people who live in them, and with their life inside they are even more beautiful. Our projects →
