This is how Arflex describes it: small, but very comfortable, and with a big personality. The Arflex Yuzu armchair, designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune in 2023, is one of the most successful recent additions to the catalogue. The Yuzu was born in 2023 from the Swedish studio Claesson Koivisto Rune. Its rounded shapes, with little feet peeking out from under the shell, bring to mind, as Arflex puts it, a small and cute animal, or maybe even a Japanese Pokémon character.
Behind the playful look is a serious armchair: compact, so it fits easily where space is tight, and genuinely comfortable. In 2024 the family grew with the Yuzu pouf, in the same line and with the same features.
Claesson Koivisto Rune is a Swedish partnership founded in 1995 as an architectural office and, in the classic Scandinavian way, multidisciplinary: architecture and design together. Its projects include the Sfera Building in Kyoto and the Swedish Ambassador's residence in Berlin.
For Arflex the group has designed seating such as Tokio, Hug and Brigitte. The Yuzu arrived in 2023, and a year later the family grew with a pouf in the same line.

The price of the Arflex Yuzu armchair depends on the version and the upholstery you choose. We are official Arflex retailers: we work from the current price list and send you a quote for your configuration. There is also a matching Yuzu pouf: we can add it to the same quote.
On a shape like this, colour does a lot: from white to blue, all the way to ochre long pile. In our showroom you can touch the samples and compare them in real light.
